Want to return an item?
To return any item purchased from Totally Pharmacy, please call our customer services department or email us at customer.services@totallypharmacy.co.uk who will be happy to go through our returns procedure with you. We will send out a returns form which must be completed and sent back to us via email. On receipt of the form we will provide you with a returns authorisation. To ensure prompt service please have your order reference number ready.
Once authorisation has been obtained please place items in protective packaging with the returns authorisation e-mail we have sent to you, the date of order, order reference, name and address details.
If you cannot print the returns authorisation e-mail, please include a piece of paper with the returns authorisation reference, name of the person who ordered the items, address, date of order, the order number and the reason for the return.

It is the legal responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are kept in their original condition and in their possession until they are returned to us. This includes keeping any hygiene seals intact. Any products that have been opened or used are non refundable unless the product is faulty or broken.
However please be aware that we do not accept returns of medicinal products, food, skincare & cosmetic products due to reasons of hygiene.
If we receive a returned item with no returns authorisation code we will be unable to offer refund, exchange or credit note and you will bear the cost of re-delivery.
Returns will be at the expense of the customer except for faulty or damaged goods. We recommend that all returns are via recorded delivery as Totally Pharmacy shall bear no responsibility to goods lost in transit.
Please note all returns are evaluated before being processed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Consumers have the right to cancel orders for goods that have been placed using this website for up to 7 working days after the date on which the item(s) are received.
