To access all facilities of this website, customers will be required to register. Totally Pharmacy are under no obligation to accept registration requests and reserve the right to terminate any request at its discretion. By registering to use our website you agree to provide information which is accurate and complete. All information received will be kept securely in accordance with our privacy policy.
Totally Pharmacy does not take any responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Customers should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else.

3. Access to TotallyPharmacy.co.uk
Totally Pharmacy will ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed.
Access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction but can do so without notice and liability. |

4. Delivery
When you place an order to purchase a product from TotallyPharmay.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch your order.
Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Please be aware it is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct when placing their order. Totally pharmacy will not be able to amend order details when we have dispatched your order and will not be able to offer a refund. |

5. Returns
Please review our Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us. customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 7 days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the order confirmation e-mail and in the Returns Policy. |

6. Pricing and availability
Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of products and services are checked by us on a regular basis but cannot be guaranteed to be accurate.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase. Totally Pharmacy may accept or decline an order without reason and at its discretion. A contract is deemed to be made when your order has been dispatched.
All offers our website are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. |

7. Pharmacy services
Products, prescription services (Private & NHS) and healthcare advice provided in relation to pharmacy medicines, services and all other products offered on our website are provided by Totally Pharmacy Ltd, under the professional supervision of a U.K. registered pharmacist.
All our pharmacists are registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

All information provided to us will be securely stored at our pharmacy premises. Your prescription details, and other information you provide will be held on our secure pharmacy systems. These systems can only be accessed by authorised staff on our pharmacy team.
Patients using our managed repeat dispensing service or prescription service must be aware we will only be able to dispense your prescription once it has been authorised by your doctor by issuing a prescription (paper or electronic). Totally pharmacy will always try to fulfil prescription requests but we cannot guarantee that our request for your prescription will result in an authorised prescription.
We can only dispense you prescription against the original prescription provided by your prescriber.
Once you have placed an order for your prescription thus confirming you have a valid U.K. prescription, whether on-line or over the phone and we do not receive your original prescription we reserve the right to make a administration charge of £7.20 to cover administration costs. This is also applicable to any prescription cancellations once you have placed an order with us.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary evidence of prescription charge exemption or payment details if prescription is levy. If necessary evidence cannot be provided we reserve the right not to deliver your prescription.
We also endeavor to ensure we deliver your prescription to you. However, Totally Pharmacy will not be responsible for delivery failure once we have dispatched your prescription through Royal mail or via courier.
All prescription orders will be dispatched to the address provided by you when ordering your prescriptions. All prescription orders will have to be signed for upon receipt. A signature obtained at the correct delivery address will fulfill Totally Pharmacy’s obligation to dispense and deliver your prescription. |

Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and Totally Pharmacy in respect of your use of the website.
