Description :
Anusol Suppositories help to relieve the pain, swelling, itch and irritation of internal piles (haemorrhoids) and anal itching. It contains the following ingredients:
Hydrocortisone acetate
is a mild steroid which helps reduce infl ammation. Zinc oxide and Bismuth salts are mildly astringent and antiseptic. They soothe and protect raw areas.Balsam Peru is mildly antiseptic and has a protective action on sore areas and may help healing.Benzyl benzoate has mild antiseptic properties.

Symptomatic treatment of internal haemorrhoids and pruritus ani Adults over 18 years: Insert one suppository into the anus at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement. Maximum of 3 in 24 hours for no more than 7 days Olive green suppositories containing hydrocortisone acetate 10mg, benzyl benzoate 33mg, bismuth subgallate 59mg, bismuth oxide 24mg, balsam peru 49mg, zinc oxide 296mg HYDROCORTISONE-10mg ZINC OXIDE-296mg BENZYL BENZOATE-33mg BISMUTH SUBGALLATE-59mg BISMUTH OXIDE-24mg

Caution: Not for use in tubercular, fungal and most viral lesions including herpes simplex, vaccinia and varicella. Discontinue if symptoms do not improve, worsen or if rectal bleeding occurs.
