Description :
Beechams All-in-one for the short term symptomatic relief of colds, chills and influenza including chesty coughs. It contains paracetamol to relieve a headache, aches and pains, it also contains a decongestant to relieve catarrh and unblock your nose and sinuses and an expectorant to relieve chesty coughs.

For relief of cold and flu symptoms including chesty coughs Adults and children over 12 years: 20ml every four hours as necessary. Maximum of four doses in 24 hours Children: Not recommended except on medical advice Yellow syrup containing paracetamol 500mg, guaifenesin 200mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg in each 20ml dose PARACETAMOL-500mg PHENYLEPHRINE-10mg GUAIFENESIN-200mg

Do not use if known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Hepatic or severe renal impairment, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease or those taking tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors or beta-blocking drugs.Also avoid use with other cold or decongestant products, or other paracetamol-containing products, or with alcohol, should be avoided.
