Travel Health

Travel sickness will occur when your body moves in a manner you are not use to, which will send conflicting messages to your brain. This means that the inner part of your ear indicates some sort of movement; however, your eyes will send another message to your brain stating that your body is motionless. The symptoms for Travel Sickness can include; vomiting, nausea, sweating, dizziness, increased production of saliva and prolonged attacks that can lead you to be depressed and dehydrated.

People that travel to the exotic countries should be questioned whether they are visiting any areas of the country that could be prevalent to Malaria. Infected mosquitoes transmit the malaria to humans by injecting them with parasites which will enter the blood stream. The first types of signs that you will notice for Malaria are; tiredness, vomiting, muscular pain, nausea, fever and headaches. Malaria can sometimes be mistaken for flu, so you will be asked by a doctor if you have travelled to any known malaria areas within the last year.
