Adults: 10ml
Children over 6 years: 2.5-5ml.
To be taken immediately before meals, 3 times a day. May be diluted with water
Orange, mixed fruit flavoured liquid containing vitamin B1 0.18mg, nicotinamide 2.1mg, caffeine 20.2mg in 5ml and including compound gentian infusion

Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding unless recommended by your doctor. Effico Tonic contains 2g sucrose (sugar) per 5 ml and this should be taken into account if you have a disorder related to sugar.
