dietary supplement Legal - GSL Take TWO tablets daily swallowed whole, with food. Tablets can be taken separately at different times of the day if necessary. It is advisable to take the tablets with food to prevent possible stomach irritation. ICaps contains the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, vitamin A, antioxidant Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2 and also trace elements zinc, selenium, copper and manganese. -

Not to be taken if Vegan/Vegetarian. Diabetic patients should not take without medical advice. Consult GP/consultant if using other medication (such as warfarin). Not recommended to take if Pregnant or breast feeding. Not recommended to be used with any other multivitamin supplements, consult medical practitioner before taking another supplement with Icaps.
Smokers/ex-smokers may want to seek medical advice before using, due to the link of beta-carotene (found in Icaps) and cancer, although Icaps only contributes 4mg per daily dose, which is lower than the Food Standard Agency recommendation of not more than 7mg per day. However, if in any doubt consult medical practitioner before using.
